Accommodating and friendly staff, free shuttle service to downtown Boracay, clean amenities and large room.

The breakfast have small portion size but i like the buffet options, ube champorado was good!

There was a lot of mold in almost all rooms and also on the hallway in the entire property

Worst stay ever

It’s the worst hotel I’ve been ever stayed in, the staff are not polite, and they don’t know how to deal with the customers,First,1- I booked transfer from the airport , and I paid more the usual to them and the deal with a bad transportation agency, the airplane arrived at 12:45 pm and I arrived to the hotel at 3:35, and when I complained to them they said we’re sorry and they become in a silence mood, and even when I booked before they arrival I was following up with them for around 3 days just to get the confirmation after I paid, and every time they were saying for me, yes we were going to send it now and nobody send it, and the most important thing they didn’t explain to me regarding the offers and the events that they have exactly for the new year and when I try to book for a private dinner visit for me in the beginning yes I’m OK and when I chose the menu and everything they said for me, we are sorry there is no availability and there is no enough stuff you can go with the public dinner, Buffy for a specific amount , and when I arrive there, this is for me. It’s already fully booked.2- I asked the service for an iron and the iron board I’ve waited for 3 hours and every time while I was calling them to follow up they said it’s upon availability, that’s a huge hustle. Don’t even have 1 iron and iron board ??3- my booking was a room with a breakfast, and they don’t have an enough space for the breakfast so it is the first time in a hotel that I’m seeing a long Q waiting for the breakfast, BTW , I’ve waited for around 30 minutes just to get my breakfast.4- I put for them clean the room from the morning and nobody cleaned the room until 12 PM5- I have to call 3 times to the q reception to let them answer , nobody answered from first or second call.

I love the room service. The food is superb.

The room needs to be more soundproof as we can clearly hear the noise of the people walking in the hallway and the room next door.

The staff were nice and accommodating.

The beach is dirty and has a lot of stones or rocks. I hope they could make the beach finer like in stations 1-3.

Clean , has private beach and very nice staff

No one told us we have to book ahead the shuttle pick up and drop off and the watching sunrise was free of charge

It was available for our quick trip!

No playground, no sun cover on the beach, dirty beach, no services on the beach, a lot of broken facilities. Slowpoke service and stuff. Takes 25 minutes to open a bottle of beer at the bar which the dudes have within a reach of their hand. Stuff spends half of their time on dealing with obsolete paper checks everywhere for everything.

Decent facilities

Poor and unfriendly service, very long wait times for check in, and even checkout: over 30 mins talking to staff and waiting for them to “clear” the room supposedly checking if we’d forgotten something. During those 30 mins 2 other guests had other issues and the reception counter seemed more like a complaints desk than anything else.Some staff didn’t even know of the existence of our room as it was in the 2nd building. Didn’t seem very professional in my opinion. I’ll avoid this place should I go back to Boracay where the other hotels we’ve been in were great by the way

I liked the staff- warm and hospitable. I love the selections of food.

The food service in the restaurant is quite slow. The location is very far and costly since we usually go out during the outside hours of the shuttle. The bathroom stinks and dirty yellow stains on the tiles. Use vinegar 5% concentration when cleaning, it helps take out the stain and smell. We didnt get to use the water activities because they were only offered until 3 pm and we usually go out after that time since it’s very hot outside.

Everything is as you’d expect at a hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff are friendly.

There’s nothing to do in the area, nowhere to eat and nothing to see. This to say that you do need to plan your days to match with the shuttle bus, unless you only want to eat at the hotel and stay by the pool. The food (including breakfast) is nothing special, especially for the price.

Perfect location away from the noise of the busy Stations. I love the calmness of the place and safety of the guest. The breakfast is good. The staff are nice to us very accommodating.

Its a bit far from the main beach of Boracay. There are very few stores around the property. Limited option for food and drinks.

It's a modern 4-star hotel with plenty of room for improvement. The staff were polite, helpful, and clearly well-trained in the hospitality industry. The hotel was really clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was a little small but they have a lot of buildings under construction so that might change in the future. The free breakfast was buffet-style and very filling with attentive staff. Dinner was also tastefully presented. The area is located away from all the partying and music of station 2, so it's perfect for those who want to relax/have a getaway. They also have several free activities related to Newcoast beach for customers to try. They are on the right track to meet the 4-star vibe but have some areas to improve.

There was no window screen to keep insects out so I couldn't really enjoy the balcony or keep the windows open. For the price point, I was expecting a better vanity kit with face oils/cleansers/toners, but it only contained a cotton pad + cotton swabs. The door to the bathroom did not close properly and the AC got really cold sometimes, even when I turn up the temperature all the way to 30 degrees Celcius. No Netflix and one of the pillows we were given smelled woody/moldy. Lastly, it's quite expensive to get to the hotel via eTrike (cost us 300-350 PHP one way), and their free shuttle does not allow luggage inside the van.
